Before the Game
Bring balls, bails, and gloves. NEVER tape the ball twice. Take off tape, and put on new tape each time.
Please arrive by 7:15 pm. If the responsible person is absent or late for any reason, it is their responsibility to contact someone else to perform the duties on their behalf.
Set up the chairs for placing the laptop.
Bring the cable down and connect it to the laptop.
Find the remote control to turn on the TV by going near and pointing it at the screen. If the remote is not found, contact Anayet (he can turn on the TV manually). If batteries are needed, contact Moin.
Set up the side camera for live streaming.
After the Game
After the game ends, please place the chairs back as they were.
Put the laptop inside the black laptop bag and hand it over to Moin.
Place the remote back where it was.
Turn off the live stream. Take the side camera and hand it over to Moin.
Please ensure the cable is placed back as it was before the game. Take 2–3 photos and send them to Moin.
Take bails, balls and gloves with you.
